Tracy and Cara Lynn McWilliams
Lead Pastors

Pastor Tracy & Cara Lynn met at Nelson University (formerly
Southwestern) in 1989. They married in June, 1990. They have two sons, one daughter-in-love and one grandson. They have been in ministry since 1990 and have pastored in Colorado, Utah, North Texas and WestTexas before being appointed to Director of Church Ministries in the West Texas District Office.

Tracy was born and raised in the Brownfield/Lubbock area. Cara Lynnwas born and raised in Delta, Colorado but loves West Texas with lesssnow & mountain driving. They both love the Permian Basin where they were pastoring before being appointed to the district office.

Tracy loves digging deep in the Word and bringing others with him.They both love encouraging people and love to see people smile, evenin the middle of life’s storms. Their desire is to reach the lost for Christ while encouraging others to do the same.

Karim & Chelsea Rashid
Youth Pastors

Karim and Chelsea have been involved in youth ministry for many years. They met in 2016 and got married in December of 2018. The Rashid’s came to MFA in 2023 to serve as the Youth Pastors. They are both passionate about developing the next generation through Fine Arts and outreach ministries, and their hearts for the youth knows no bounds.

Joseph Shryack
Children’s Pastor

Joseph and Lana have been faithfully serving in ministry since 2001, following their marriage in May of 2000. Their journey began in children's ministry, where they were mentored by some of the pioneers in the field—an experience that deeply shaped their approach and passion for nurturing young hearts.

Together, they are committed to helping children grow in their understanding of Scripture and encouraging a personal, vibrant walk with Jesus. Their ministry is rooted in love, discipleship, and a desire to see the next generation grounded in faith from an early age.
